Yes, all mooncat products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We are proud to be PETA certified and never test on animals at any stage of production.

What is the 'Big 10-Free' formula?

Our formulas are '10-Free,' meaning they are made without the ten most common harmful chemicals found in traditional polish, including formaldehyde, toluene, and DBP.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your claws. If you aren't satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit, provided they are in like-new condition.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
